Today it is virtually difficult to visualize a plump, bespectacled young Marketing Executive of an MNC to be today's hot, shapely young Indian actress - none other than Sameera Reddy.A Graduate from Sydenham College, it was here at the age of 17 that she sang for Pankaj Udhas in a music video.
Then partly influenced her sisters' Sushma and Meghna, Sameera managed to bag some modelling assignemtns, and then tried her acting skills in a Telugu movie, which did not too well, but did get her noticed.Her very first venture into Bollywood was opposite Sohail Khan in Maine Dil Tujko Diya. Although shy, unpredictable, and very moody, Sameera Reddy likes to take one day at a time.She focuses a lot on keeping fit - done mainly by eating right, going to the gym, jogging, and swimming for at least 45 minutes everyday. She has mainly fruits for breakfast, especially peas and papayas a glass of soya milk or Vera juice. She begins her day with 20 minutes of yoga, followed by stretching exercises to tone up her fabulous body.Her lunch usually consists of two rotis with assorted veggies and green salad. She likes pickle.
Late evening she satiates her hunger pangs with some fruit, finally having some meat, usually chicken and some protein foods for dinner.Her favorite food is Sushi - raw fish cooked in rice.Although she shies away from make-up, she does use a cleansing cream and jell before going to bed - and allowing herself at least 8 hours of uninterupted sleep.She loves eating at small restaurants as she finds the food a lot tastier than 5-Star hotels and restaurants.She loves turtles.Sameera Reddy - from a young overweight girl wearing glasses, with her hair tied back - to one of Bollywood's hottest sex symbols - and now a much sought after actress.
